It seems that my words have been few and far between this past year, but I hope to make an attempt to return to the world. Perhaps a photo, of a New Year's Eve mountain sunrise, will help begin this journey yet again.

You inspired me to begin an online journal a few years back and I owe you a debt of gratitude. After thousands of posts I am still in the habit. I'm happy to have a record of my farm experiences - good, bad and ugly.
